Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders ship out within 2–5 days of being placed.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes 5–15 days, depending on your location. In total, most orders arrive within 7–20 days of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to delays with the carrier or customs.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs a flat €5.59 per order to all countries we deliver to, including Estonia and all EU countries.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at Estona@estonanet.net and we will investigate and either resend or refund your order.
